Naturally, whitening teeth with natural methods has become more object of curiosity and people have begun to prefer natural methods instead of chemicals. Foods That Naturally Whiten Teeth

These can be listed as fruits and vegetables such as pears, apples, carrots, peppers, cauliflower, lettuce, broccoli and spinach. Some of these foods are good for teeth because of the fibers they contain. Others also form a protective layer on the teeth. So, they help prevent the staining of tooth enamel.

Cheese types also are among foods that whiten teeth. Because cheese contains acid-decomposing proteins. These proteins produce saliva in the mouth. Phosphorus and calcium in saliva also play a crucial role in recovering minerals that tooth enamel has lost.

Lemon, Banana or Orange Peel

Citric acids in lemon or orange peel play an effective role in removing bacteria and stains that cause yellowing of teeth. In addition, their antibacterial characteristic contributes to the strengthening of your teeth and gums

Banana peel is very rich in potassium, magnesium, and manganese. Massaging teeth with inner part of the banana peel for 2 minutes will be enough. Then brush your teeth without paste.

Bayleaf and Orange

Strawberry

Grind strawberries to pulp them and brush the teeth with this paste with a toothbrush. For a better result, apply this strawberry puree regularly for five days.

You can also prepare your own toothpaste with strawberry and carbonate. Grind strawberries and mix them with carbonate. Apply this paste to your teeth. Leave it for 20 minutes and then clean your teeth. After half an hour, brush your teeth with toothbrush. Keep in mind not to use this mixture too often.

Cinnamon and Sage

Pour a package of baking powder into a pot and squeeze half a lemon and then mix well. Gently brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes with this mixture and rinse your mouth.

Apple Vinegar and Baking Powder

Pour some baking powder into a pot and add vinegar to get a paste consistency. You can brush your teeth with this mixture 1-2 times a month.

Basil

Basil is very effective against gum bleeding. Grind dried basil leaves to powder. You can brush your teeth with the powder or you can apply it by rubbing. You can also brush your teeth by adding basil to your toothpaste. However, we recommend you to do this at most twice a month.

You can also make a paste from basil leaves. Mash 7-8 fresh basil leaves until it gets paste consistency. Then, add 2 teaspoons of dried orange peel powder and mix well. Apply the paste to your teeth, wait about 20 minutes and rinse your mouth with water.

Mineral Water

Mix mineral water and squeezed lemon juice in a pot and dip your toothbrush. Then, brush the teeth for 2 minutes.
