Yummy Soup Recipes – Healthy Vegetable Soup

Below, we will give a recipe for vegetable soup, which is rich in minerals and vitamins and will help you lose weight. You can try this soup, especially in winter evenings. You will love this delicious soup recipe that you can also cook for your kids and guests.

Instructions:

1 carrot
1 celery
1 potato
1 tea glass of yellow lentils
1 bunch of parsley
Half a lemon

Salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil according to your preference.

You can also add oil to your soup if you wish, but you may not lose fat in terms of weight and diet.

Instructions:

Firstly, wash all the vegetables thoroughly and grate. Then, pour the grated vegetables into a medium-sized saucepan.

After that, wash the lentils well, strain and add to the vegetables you grate. Add 4 cups of water over the mixture.

After adding the spices, cook your soup for 20-25 minutes over medium heat.

After cooking the soup, add 1 bunch of chopped parsley and half lemon, oil.  Once you get the consistency, you can serve the soup.
