Protein-rich Caesar Salad Recipe – Lose Weight With This Delicious Salad Recipe

In this article, we have prepared a delicious and protein-rich caesar salad recipe for you. Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Black pepper
Salt

For salad:

1 lettuce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
Half a glass of olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
Half a lemon
Parmesan cheese or old cheddar
Black pepper
Salt

 

You can serve with:

6 slices of bread
Parmesan cheese

 

Preparation:

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan and add the sliced chicken breast and sauté.

Add 2 spoons of olive oil and oregano on the bread which you cut into cubes in a separate pan and fry for 10 minutes until the bread becomes crispy.

Wash and cut the lettuce.

For salad dressing, add mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, pepper, salt, olive oil, and parmesan cheese and mix with lettuce.

To make our sauce delicious, make sure you mix the salad well.

On top of the salad, add the cooked chicken breast and the bread.

Finally, grate the parmesan cheese and add on the salad.
