Grilled Salmon with Honey Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of honey,
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic,
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger,
  • 1 tablespoon of butter,
  • ¼ cup of coconut flour,
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme,
  • Sea salt,
  • Black pepper,
  • 750 gr salmon fillet

Preparation:

In a small bowl, mix honey, chopped garlic, ginger, melted butter, coconut flour, thyme, salt and pepper. Put salmon in a bowl and pour the mixture over salmon and cover with it. Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Fire the grill at the highest heat for 5 minutes before placing salmon into the grill. Lubricate the grill with butter and cook both sides of the salmon until thoroughly roasted and serve it with salad.

 

Mediterranean Style Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

6 lamb chops

For marinating;

  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil,
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • 6 cloves of minced garlic,
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme,
  • 2 teaspoons of rosemary,
  • 5 basil leaves, chopped,
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg,
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon,
  • ½ teaspoon of coriander,
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Mix avocado oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, basil, nutmeg, cinnamon, coriander, salt and pepper in a bowl and add the lamb chops. Wrap the mixture in foil and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then take it and wait until lamb chops reach room temperature before grilling. After heating the grill, place the chops on the grill, cook each side of them for 5 minutes and serve it.

Turkey Meatball Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 450 gr mince from turkey,
  • 2 eggs,
  • ¼ water glass of chopped onion,
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic,
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder,
  • sea salt and pepper,
  • 1/3 glass of coconut flour,
  • ½ glass of chopped onion,
  • 1-2 glasses of chopped celery,
  • 1-2 cups chopped carrot,
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme,
  • ¾ teaspoon of sage,
  • ¾ teaspoon of rosemary,
  • 4 glass of chicken broth,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter

Preparation:

First, take the turkey mince in a deep bowl. After breaking the eggs inside, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, onion powder, black pepper and coconut flour and knead the ingredients. Cut small pieces from the dough and prepare small meatballs.

Then, take the butter in a pot. Put chopped onions, carrots and celery in a pot. Cook until the onion turns pink. Add the chicken broth and let it boil. Carefully place the meatballs in the boiling water and cook all the ingredients for another 30-40 minutes and serve the soup hot. Sprinkle some more black pepper while serving.
