Creamy Mushroom Soup Recipe
Ingredients
10 medium-sized mushrooms
1 onion
5 tablespoons of oil (olive oil can be a healthier option)
5 glass of water
1 glass milk
Half a lemon
3 tablespoons of butter
2.5 tablespoons flour
1 pinch of salt
Optionally pepper
For the Inner Sauce
Butter
1 Teaspoon Red ground pepper
How to Prepare Mushroom Soup?
Put 5 tablespoons of oil in a deep pot. Grate the onions and add them to the pot. Roast the onion until it gets brown and soft.
Then, cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add to the onion.
Cook the mushrooms for a while with the lid of the pot closed and wait for the broth to leave. Then add the flour to the mushroom that left the water and fry for 1-2 minutes.
