Low Carb Recipes and Keto Breakfast Recipes

One of the most popular diets of the period is the keto diet (ketogenic diet). The logic of a ketogenic diet is to create a lighter diet plan with lower calories and energy.

 

It is possible to prepare healthy keto breakfasts according to the logic of the ketogenic diet by making light, delicious and creative touches to the desserts and foods you know! You can try the healthy keto recipes we prepared for you;

 

1- Keto Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

Half a glass or 100 gr. almond flour (may also be coconut flour)
100 g. Cream cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Half of a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Butter

Instructions:

1- Mix the cream cheese and flour thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
2- Add the whipped eggs, vanilla and baking powder into another bowl.
3- Put the butter in a non-stick pan.
4- Pour the mixture into the pan with a ladle or spoon.
5- When both sides are light brown, remove from the stove.

 

2- Ketogenic Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

5 sheets of spinach (Washed, chopped)
1 teaspoon of butter
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of cream
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of grated feta cheese

Instructions:

1- Wash and chop the spinach.
2- Put the oil in a pan and cook the spinach for 8-10 minutes.
3- In a bowl, the cream is whipped with milk and eggs are added and stirring is continued. When mixed thoroughly, it is added to spinach.
4- Add grated cheese and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

 

3- Omelette with Mushrooms  – Keto Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients:

4 eggs
12 mushrooms
5 tablespoons curd cheese
1 teaspoon of butter/olive oil

Instructions:


1- Chop the mushrooms and add the egg and curd cheese.

2- After a little beat, take the oiled pan and cook.

3- Don’t forget to add plenty of spices.
