Homemade Lemon and Coconut Balls Recipe

6 tbs. organic extracted honey

400 g mild cream cheese

Half a cup of powdered almonds

1 lemon zest

3 tbs. lemon juice

1.5 cups coconut powder

Preparation:

Take the cheese in a bowl and make sure that it is not watered.

Add coconut, almond powder, lemon zest, lemon juice and honey.

Mix all the ingredients well and cover the bowl with cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Then, take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture and give a round shape with your hands.

Finally, serve it with coconut.
