3/4 cup milk
1 cup oat flour
a teaspoon baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
1 tbs coconut oil or olive oil
one tbs honey
1 tbs peanut butter
5-6 hazelnuts, almonds or walnuts
Firstly, break the egg into a bowl and add the honey and mix them well.
Then pour olive oil and milk and continue to mix.
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix all them with a spatula.
Pour the waffle mixture as optional thin or thick into the waffle maker (if you don’t have it, you can also cook the waffle in the toaster or pan).
When lightly browned, turn the other side and cook.
Finally, spread the peanut butter (if you don’t like it you may use honey) over the waffle, decorate with fruits and nuts.
