Raw Vegan Cake Recipe

– Raw cashew nuts for 6 hours,

– 7 dry dates for 15 minutes,

-Walnut, almonds and hazelnuts for 24 hours.

4 tablespoons raw almonds

25 pieces of walnut

4 tablespoons of raw hazelnuts

5 teaspoons of coconut oil

1 teaspoon of salt

Lay down baking paper over a mold. Mix all the ingredients in blender and put them in this mold. Lastly, press down with your hands.

For the Sauce of Cake:

6 handfuls of raw cashew

5 teaspoons of dates puree

2 heaping raw cocoa

Mix the ingredients in blender until they become cream. Spread the mixture into the mold over base of cake. Then, place in the freezer.

To decorate:

200 grams of fresh forest fruits

Pumpkin seeds, Pistachios

Raw cocoa beans

You can also use edible flowers.

Remember that your cake can remain fresh for a month in the freezer. Whenever you wish to eat it, take the cake out of the freezer 1 hour before eating. Then, you can slice it easily in frozen form and serve in a practical way.
