Daily diet is the most important element for a healthy life. For a healthier body, we need to be very careful about what we eat. Healthy diet can help you to lose weight easily and live a healthier life. If you are looking for a healthy nourishment plan, you can start with a healthy green salad. Here is very delicious green salad recipe. 

Ingredients: 

– Squash

– Avocado oil

– Olive Oil

– 1 Teaspoon Mustard

– 3 tbsp. Maple Syrup

– Kosher salt

– Red Onions

– Goat Cheese

– Pumpkin Seeds

– Pomegranates

– Apple Cider

– Maple

 

 

Instructions

– Roast the squash for 15-20 minutes at 400 mixed with 1/4 cup of avocado oil, 3 table spoon maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.

– Add a spinach/kale and blend with pomegranate seeds, red onion, pumpkin seeds and goat cheese and toss all ingredients together.

– When the squash gets cool enough,  place at the top of salad and served it with a maple vinaigrette.

– You can make vinaigrette with 3 table spoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon mustard, 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt and pepper.
