1- Mediterranean Garden Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

4 medium tomatoes
5 sprig of fresh green onions
5-6 pieces of green pepper
1 onion
1 cucumber
Parsley
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 lemon
6 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions: 

– Peel 4 tomatoes. Put the peeled tomatoes, 5 sprigs of spring onion, 1 onion, 1 cucumber, finely chopped parsley into a large bowl.

– Crush 1 clove of garlic in a cup or bowl. Add 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of pomegranate juice, 1 lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of salt and mix.

– Add this sauce to the salad and mix.

– If the salad waits for an hour, it will release its juice nicely and will be much more delicious. I strongly recommend that you eat well in the refrigerator.  You could even throw some ice in it.

 

2 – Avocado – Tuna Salad Recipe ( Fresh Avocado Salad)

 

Ingredients:

2 cans, 300 g, tuna
1 avocado
Half a lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

– Add 1 avocado to 2 cans of tuna.

– Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on it.

– Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of salt and pepper.

– Mix them all.

Your avocado salad with tuna is ready. It is both light and delicious. Enjoy it!

 

3- Zucchini Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 kg zucchini
3-4 medium-size potatoes
5 carrots
50 g fresh ginger
1 teaspoon chili peppers
Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

– Roughly chop 1 kg of zucchini, half kg of potatoes and 5 carrots and add to a large saucepan.

– Add finely chopped fresh ginger to the saucepan.

– Then add one teaspoon of salt, pepper, and black pepper

– Add enough water and cover the lid. Leave it to cook for 20 minutes.

– After 20 minutes, open the lid and blend the mixture by using a hand blender until it gets smooth and pure enough.

Your light zucchini soup is ready! Enjoy your dinner!
