One coffee cup semolina

One medium zucchini and a medium-size carrot

Nectarine or peach

A teaspoon of olive oil

How to prepare?

Firstly, peel the zucchini, onions, and carrots and chop them into cubes. Let’s lightly saute the onions without burning the olive oil. Let’s add the carrots and turn them with a wooden spoon for 1-2 minutes. Finally, cook for 15 minutes by adding a glass of hot water, add the zucchini and peeled bulgur into the pot and close the lid and cook for another 10 minutes.

How to prepare?
