Easy and Natural Face Mask Recipes – 5 Healthy Homemade Face Masks

1- Tomato and Carbonate Mask 

Tomato and carbonate can turn into a very good and healthy face mask. In order to have a refreshing facial mask, you should use juicy tomatoes. This face mask contains many vitamins. Vitamin B9 eliminates acne, Vitamin A perfectly fights dryness, Vitamin K removes excessive pigmentation, Vitamin H and zinc helps skin cells regenerate, potassium moisturizes, calcium softens and soothes your skin.

2- Almond Mask for Dry Skin

Almonds are rich in vitamin E. Regular application of almonds nourishes and softens your skin. Almonds are therefore great for dry skin. To prepare a mixture of ground oats, mix 1 teaspoon almond powder and 1-2 teaspoons raw milk.

3- Honey and Almonds

It takes only one tablespoon of honey and two almonds to make this wonderful peeler mask. Beat the almonds until a fine powder and mix with honey. Then add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply to your face in a circular motion. Allow to dry for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water. Your skin will feel refreshed.

4- Coconut Oil and Cocoa Mask

You should use the cocoa mask to keep the skin young and fresh. Cocoa contains vitamin B5, theobromine and theophylline. It, therefore, nourishes and moisturizes the skin and purifies the dead skin on the surface layer of the epidermis.

5- Yoghurt Mask

Although wrinkles are seen as a sign of experience and maturity, nobody likes it. With this face mask, you can remove wrinkles on your face. In order to prepare, mix a cup of yogurt with a teaspoon of fennel seeds and crushed leaves of the plant. It should be a homogeneous cream when you apply it on your face. Wait 20 minutes and clean with warm water. If you apply every day your skin will be thankful.
