Ingredients

Small pumpkin

Purslane

A cup of rice

Olive oil

Instructions

Firstly, wash the rice with plenty of water and sieve,  boil the rice in a small pot with a small amount of water. Add zucchini and herb you have chopped into the pot and boil it for 10 minutes, put out the fire, add olive oil and rest, and then pass it through the blender until it gets ready to eat.

 

– Salmon Fish Cereal

Ingredients:

A small piece of cooked salmon

Half boiled carrot

Quarter avocado

Boiled wheat

Little bit tomato (if you don’t have an allergic baby)

Instructions

– Fruit Oatmeal Baby Cereal

Ingredients

A medium apple or pear
A cup of water
1 teaspoon of seedless raisins (pre-soaked in hot water)
2 tablespoons of oatmeal (brown rice can also be used)
1/2 cup natural home yogurt (optional)

Instructions

Cook water, oatmeal and, raisins on very low heat until the oats get soft.

Peel apple or pear and grate it into a puree.

Once the oatmeal mixture is warm, pass it through the blender.

When the mixture has cooled, add the grated apple or pear to the yogurt.
