1 bowl of dates
4-5 spoons of dried coconut
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Soak dates in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then peel the softened dates and remove the seeds. Mix it with coconut oil and dried coconut in blender and pulp it. You can also decorate your balls with almond or hazelnut pieces.
Pudding With Apple And Oatmeal
This recipe will keep you satiated for long hours thanks to the plenty of oatmeal it contains.
3 tablespoons oatmeal
1 medium apple
½ glass of milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
For decoration: Walnut
First of all, soak the oatmeal in half a glass of milk at least for 4-5 hours to soften it.
Grate your apple and fry in a non-stick pan until caramelized. Then, add cinnamon into it during roasting.
When apples and cinnamon are well mixed, add the softened oats with milk and keep roasting for 2 minutes.

First, mix all ingredients until thoroughly crushed in the blender. Wrap the mixture in aluminum foil or transparent stretch film and then leave in the refrigerator until it hardens. Finally, serve the bar in slices.
